Adult Transition Summit: College & Career Access for All

Opening Doors to Inclusive College Options is the Think Inclusive College (West Coast Coalition) and All Born (in) Conference Master Session. Receive a full day of information, advocacy, and networking around adult transition for students with intellectual disabilities (ID) in the NW region. It's never too early to start thinking about life after high school. You must have a dream in mind to begin working toward it!

Our West Coast Think College Coalition, Think College NW Regional Hub Host, is invested in creating new inclusive college opportunities for students with ID in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and northern California through information dissemination, collaboration, and partnerships.

We invite higher education professionals, transition teachers, IEP case managers, DVR staff, DHS professionals, advocates, community, parents, and youths (age 16 – 25) to join us in creating powerful, positive change.
