Community Support Network 2023 ‘Virtual’ Transition Institute at Westchester Institute for Human Development

This annual conference on post-secondary transition covers a range of topics relevant to transition from school to work, college, and community. This year, there is a thread called Think College!: College really is for everyone. These sessions will highlight information and promising practices for success in college for matriculating students with disabilities and inclusive higher education for students with autism and I/DD. The Council of Administrators of Special Education, Inc. (CASE) is an international non-profit professional organization providing leadership and support to approximately 5000 members by influencing policies and practices to improve the quality of education. The Annual CASE Conference is in its 33rd Year, providing quality professional learning to its members and leaders in special education.

National College Attainment Network (NCAN) Conference

The NCAN conference is the premiere professional development event in the field of postsecondary attainment for postsecondary access and success practitioners, leaders, and advocates from around the country. In recognition of the host city’s leadership (Atlanta) in the civil rights movement, this year’s conference theme is "Advancing the Right to Postsecondary Attainment".
