The Transition Leadership program prepares candidates at the master’s level and certificate level for the job of transition specialist. Graduates of the program are eligible to apply for DCDT’s Provisional or Professional Certification in Transition Services.

Think College Transition (TCT) project is working with three Massachusetts Inclusive Concurrent Enrollment partnerships that support students with intellectual disability who are between 18 and 22 years old, are eligible for transition services, and are taking college courses and working as part of those transition services. The focus of this project is to refine and implement this transition model, and to evaluate the impact of participation on students’ self-determination, job-seeking skills, career readiness, college self-efficacy, and employment outcomes.
