D’Avolio Culinary Institute believes that every student in Culinary Arts deserves an environment to become learners who develop entry level skills including: knowledge, creativity and ethical values necessary in the rapidly changing, culturally diverse culinary, restaurant and catering professions. Overall, the intent of the program is to have experienced industry professionals impart their knowledge, passion, and technical acumen to the students. Our students are educated in a school community where everyone belongs and is accepted. Every attempt is made to educate students with special needs in the least restrictive environment. Our primary goal is to provide a “second chance” opportunity to every student who is looking to get a fresh start and start a new path to success.
