The Pathfinder Career Exploration Program is designed for adults with disabilities and those who struggle academically. Students should have a high level of independence, and be focused on transitioning to the workplace. Students participate in the following Employability Skills-Focused Cohorts:
•Horticulture & Landscaping
•healthcare
•Animal Care/Pet Retail
•Business/Customer Service
•Food Service/Culinary
•Technology
Career Pathways are also offered, and are a partnership with Pathfinders and Continuing Education, and give students the opportunity to earn one or more credentials. Career Pathway opportunities, which do have a small tuition attached to each, include Hospitality & Tourism and Barista/Cafe Training.
