Learn about the "Think Higher. Think College." public awareness campaign
The Think College Inclusive Higher Education Network is a national technical assistance and dissemination center, funded by the US Department of Education, Office of Postsecondary Education in October, 2021. In collaboration with the Think College National Coordinating Center, The Network disseminates research and best practices related to improving inclusive postsecondary education for students with intellectual disability, helps colleges and universities develop and expand postsecondary education programs; promotes positive academic, social, independent living, and self-advocacy outcomes for students with ID; and supports faculty, campus service providers, and families to meet the needs of students with ID.

News from Think College Network
Build a network of regional alliances to support strategic regional partnerships and offer technical assistance and other learning opportunities on inclusive higher education in each region.
Develop and disseminate a national public awareness campaign sharing the purpose and outcomes of inclusive postsecondary education with four important stakeholder groups: students, educators, families, and IHE leadership, faculty and staff.
Translate research-based best practices into training opportunities to expand inclusive practices in higher education, including a repository of inclusive instructional practices and training modules.
Provide technical assistance and resources to support all institutions of higher education (IHEs) with inclusive postsecondary education program development, expansion, and continuous improvement.
Facilitate a workgroup on employment partnerships for inclusive higher education that will identify and address policy and practice barriers and create resources designed to build stronger pathways to employment for college students with intellectual disability.
Career and Technical Education
Increase opportunities in Career and Technical Education via a workgroup that will identify and address barriers to career and technical education opportunities for students with intellectual disability.

Association of University Centers on Disability (AUCD): A network of interdisciplinary centers advancing policy and practice for and with individuals with developmental and other disabilities, their families, and communities.

Florida Center for Students with Unique Abilities (FCSUA): The purpose of the Florida Center for Students with Unique Abilities is to provide support to students, families, and institutions of higher education so that students with intellectual disabilities have opportunities for on-campus college experiences that lead to employment opportunities.

Midwest Inclusive Postsecondary Alliance (MIPSA): A regional alliance in the Midwest part of the U.S. that works together and shares resources to support and develop inclusive postsecondary education opportunities for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Westchester Institute for Human Development (WIHD): The Inclusive Communities project at WIHD uses the power of documentary film to promote greater acceptance and inclusion of children and adults with disabilities in schools and communities through curriculum, training, public awareness, and worldwide outreach.
