Graduates of the UMass Boston Transition Leadership program are prepared to enhance transition services for individual students in their classroom or on their caseload but are also prepared to lead systems change through local and regional transition teams. The Transition Leadership program is fostering the leadership skills they need to lead interagency collaboration.
