The purpose of this chapter in Think College! Postsecondary Education Options for Students with Intellectual Disabilities is to provide professionals, individuals with disabilites, and their families with information from a postsecondary perspective that will assist them in creating a good fit between the goals of young adults with ID and those of institutions of higher education.
