“Parent College” is a brief 7-step module, developed to support parents to transition their students to college, orient parents to The College of the Florida Keys, and provide information for parents to understand the expectations of the Project ACCESS program. The video modules are written in comfortable language with 2-minute captivating videos and short quizzes, for parents and students, including tips for transition, clarifying the parent role, parent dos and don’ts, college resources, student self-advocacy, and important college policies and procedures legal responsibilities, and more.
