Creating access to college for all students
This article details a model approach for creating access to college for all students, including students with disabilities who have significant physical or intellectual disabilities. The model is built around a student's strengths and preferences, involves family members, and uses a collaborative interagency team (Student Support Team) to create innovative strategies that support student access to inclusive college settings.
