The Think College National Coordinating Center at the Institute for Community Inclusion, UMass Boston is hiring a Technical Assistance Coordinator to coordinate technical assistance and dissemination activities as well as provide direct technical assistance related to postsecondary education for students with intellectual disability.
Key responsibilities of the TA Coordinator include coordinating and managing all aspects of technical assistance (TA) provided to all constituents, including supervision and direction of TA providers; identifying and leveraging relevant internal and external resources; managing a technical assistance Help Desk; and coordinating virtual and in-person technical assistance. The TA Coordinator will also serve as a technical assistance provider, addressing TA requests as they are received, and they will act as the primary contact and resource for individuals, institutions of higher education, K-12 educators, families and students requesting technical assistance on postsecondary education for students with intellectual disability. Applications are being accepted until NOVEMBER 30.
This position does not require relocating as the NCC staff are a distributed team.
