Think College is hiring!

Think College at the Institute for Community Inclusion, UMass Boston is hiring for the Knowledge Translation & Dissemination team! The Knowledge Translation Associates (KTA) will connect with partners, educators, families, and others around the country to disseminate information about college options for students with intellectual disability using a variety of channels, including social media, publications, video, websites, emails, newsletters, and more.

Key responsibilities of the position include writing engaging social media posts and creating graphics to accompany them; monitoring website analytics and social media channels to determine trends; ensuring content on the website is current and relevant; creating and disseminating innovative public awareness materials about inclusive higher education; collaborating with numerous personnel within the organization and in the field; and researching topics, people, and organizations to stay abreast of current news in the fields of disability, inclusive higher education, advocacy, and employment.

This position does not require relocating, as Think College supports a distributed team -- however there is regular national travel.
